1. Core Commitment & Scope
ClinicPro SaaS ("ClinicPro", "we", "us") serves as a Business Associate to healthcare providers, outpatient clinics, and medical institutions ("Covered Entities"). We recognize that electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) requires the most rigorous protections mandated by international health privacy jurisprudence.
2. Multi-Tenant Architectural Isolation
Patient health records, medical histories, digital prescriptions, lab orders, and financial invoices are cryptographically and logically isolated between clinics. No Covered Entity can ever query, inspect, index, or access another Covered Entity's tenant schema.
3. Data Ownership & Non-Monetization
Your clinic retains 100% ownership of all patient and clinical data. ClinicPro does NOT sell, monetize, train external AI models on, or license identifiable or de-identified medical records to pharmaceutical companies, advertising brokers, or third parties under any circumstances.
4. Encryption Standards
All communication between clinic client workstations (web browsers, tablet terminals, and desktop applications) and our cloud database cluster is encrypted with Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Static storage volumes and cloud backups are encrypted with FIPS 140-2 validated AES-256 bit algorithms.
5. Audit Logging & Compliance Inquiries
